You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we recommend you insure the parcel and use a tracked service such as Registered Post.

You can apply the cream once to twice a day (anytime in the day) onto the rough and bumpy skin on the body.

It's best to start slow (ie, once a day) and increase if necessary.

For ongoing maintenance, apply the cream once to twice a week.

Not really! It is jam-packed with nourishing lipids like vegetable squalane and jojoba esters that mimic the skin’s natural sebum, conditioning and sealing moisture in your skin without clogging your pores - so you can skip the moisturiser.

BeyondKP is already formulated with a triple exfoliating blend of lactic acid, salicylic acid, and Urea, so you may find that it provides enough exfoliation on its own.

However, if you feel like you need additional exfoliation, you can still use a gentle exfoliating scrub or konjac sponge once a week to supplement BeyondKP's exfoliating properties. Just be sure to be gentle with your skin and avoid over-exfoliating, which can lead to irritation and dryness.

Yes, we recommend wearing sunscreen with SPF30+ or greater on treated areas before sun exposure.

Triple Action Smoothing Cream contains lactic acid, an ingredient that may increase your skin's sensitivity to the sun and the possibility of sunburn.

So, whenever you are outdoors, try to wear protective clothing, find a shaded area, and avoid being in the sun for prolonged periods.

Don’t forget to reapply your sunscreen every 2 hours if you are spending time outdoors.

While we balance all active ingredients to form a powerhouse cream that is still gentle on the skin, we advise those with sensitive, rash-prone skin to be cautious and perform a spot test prior to usage.

If you have sensitive skin, we recommend:

• Start with a small pea-size amount onto the KP affected areas, two to three nights a week.
• If there is no redness or stinging, gradually increase the frequency of application to every other night for a week or two, and then try applying nightly.
  

Introducing new products into your skincare routine can sometimes cause temporary breakouts or purging, as your skin adapts to the changes and undergoes a rapid turnover of skin cells. 

Alternatively, there might be other things that have caused the breakout like changes in seasons, hormones or different diet, which can all affect your skin.

Our Triple Action Smoothing Cream contains lactic acid, which has a mild and slightly tangy scent that can be described as slightly acidic.

However, the natural scent of lactic acid in our product is very subtle and dissipates quickly after application.
